At VDM the Label, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with hygiene seals and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective hygiene liners are still firmly attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing & Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or confirmation of your new exchange order.
